What’s The Lemon Law?

The lemon law is designed to protect consumers who purchase or lease defective vehicles, RV’s, motorcycles or other consumer goods. If the manufacturer or dealer cannot repair the vehicle or consumer product in a reasonable opportunity, the law obligates them to repurchase or replace that defective product.
