Isaac S. Agyeman is in his second decade practicing law, in California. Isaac is already considered to be in the upper echelon of trial attorneys. That experience and reputation gets him a lot more settlements, with more value and a lot earlier than other consumer protection lawyers. That said, when the carmakers want a fight, Isaac is more than willing to oblige. Mr. Agyeman is a fine orator, and at home in the courtroom. A sampling of the manufacturers Mr. Agyeman has tried cases against include BMW, Toyota, Maserati, and Mercedes-Benz.
During law school Isaac landed a prestigious summer associate position with the Lanier Law Firm in Houston, Texas. Under the direct supervision of Jack White and Mark Lanier, Isaac worked on personal injury, torts, and civil litigation. He also studied jury selection under lawyer and psychologist, Dr. Robert Leone. The highlight of that internship was working with Paul Clement and Ken Starr on a First Amendment case before the 5th Circuit. Isaac then received honors as a moot-court competition semi-finalist and then top honors in trial practice class, taught by top trial attorney John Sharer, a partner at Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher.
Isaac is also a professional musician. Isaac is one of today’s top saxophonists. He has performed and recorded with a plethora of well-known musicians such as Malcolm-Jamal Warner (Theo from the Cosby Show), Kirk Whalum (saxophonist for Whitney Houston’s I will Always Love You), John Blackwell (Prince), Michael Bland (Prince) and Tommy Barberalla (Prince). Isaac opened for Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith and performed at Paisley Park. Isaac has recorded two solo albums and his latest single (“On The Town”) peaked at number 24 on Billboard’s Smooth Jazz Chart.
What his many accomplishments can’t measure or define is Isaac’s commitment to and passion for his clients. Often motivated by injustice and by a sense of fair play, for most of his career he has sought to even the score on behalf of aggrieved California consumers.
Isaac and his wife, Laura, enjoy writing music, outdoor activities and spending time with family.
