California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the federal version of the lemon law – the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act – were created to provide protection to consumers who purchased RV’s trailers or other recreational vehicles that developed problems requiring multiple repairs under warranty. The law created implied warranties for the benefit of consumers, and created a mechanism for the enforcement of both express and implied warranties. If your RV, trailer or other recreational vehicle has been serviced under the factory warranty more than one time for an issue that impacts your use, value or safety of the car, you have rights under the lemon law. Lemon Law Aid is dedicated to helping consumers exercise those rights.
