Nissan Lemon Law Help

A class action settlement regarding the 2015-2018 Infiniti QX60, 2015-2018 Nissan Pathfinder and 2014-2018 Nissan Rogue’s faulty CVT transmission has finally be reached. As many people know who own a 2015-2018 Infiniti QX60, 2015-2018 Nissan Pathfinder or a 2014-2018 Nissan Rogue, these vehicles have bad transmissions that drive poorly and fail prematurely.

If you do not opt out of the class action settlement prior to February 22, you will be bound by its terms and your lemon law rights will be waived. Consumers in California typically have far greater rights through individual lemon law claims than class action settlements like this one. For instance, individual lemon law claimants can have their vehicles repurchased or they can received substantial cash settlements, but the class action only provides in very limited cases for reimbursement of some CVT repairs, an extended warranty of limited duration, or a coupon for a new Nissan or Infiniti vehicle.

It is therefore essential that you opt-out of the Teresa Stringer, et al. v. Nissan North America, Inc. class action before February 22, 2022, otherwise your lemon law rights will be limited to those of the class action settlement.

If you own a Nissan Rogue, Pathfinder or Infiniti QX60 and are experiencing CVT issues that haven’t been fixed in a reasonable number of attempts while under warranty, Lemon Law Aid can help you file a lemon claim to get it replaced or repurchased before February 22, 2022.

Sorry the Deadline has passed and we cannot take Nissan CVT Class Action cases anymore.
