California’s lemon law protects the rights of California consumers who purchase motorcycles that go on to develop problems requiring repeat repairs under warranty. If your motorcycle company or its dealer does not service or repair your motorcycle to conform to the applicable express warranties after a reasonable number of attempts, the manufacturer shall either replace the motorcycle or reimburse the buyer in an amount equal to the purchase price paid by the buyer, less that amount directly attributable to use by the buyer. If your motorcycle has been repaired more than once under warranty, it means the lemon law might apply.
