Ford F-150 Lemon Law
Lemon Law Aid is thrilled to announce that it has obtained a judgment in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of one its clients against Ford Motor Company. The case involved a defective 2021 Ford F-150 that was out of service more than 37 days in the first 8,500 miles for electrical defects that Ford and its dealers could not properly repair.

Before ever hiring a lawyer Lemon Law Aid’s client first reached out directly to Ford asking for a lemon law buyback. Predictably and as is often the case, Ford refused to buyback the lemon F-150. This is not unusual as almost all car companies refuse to voluntarily comply with state and federal lemon laws unless a consumer is represented by counsel. After Lemon Law Aid was hired and litigation commenced, Ford was eventually ordered to repurchase the lemon in an enforceable judgment in the amount of $116,730.11.

If you have asked your car company to repurchase or replace your defective lemon and they have said no, don’t give up just yet. Contact the attorneys at Lemon Law Aid for a free case evaluation. We have helped thousands of consumers in California obtain settlements and judgments, even after car companies initially resisted consumer requests to comply with the lemon law.
