Jeep Grand Cherokee Lemon Law

Stellantis N.V is recalling over 300,000 2021 – 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles because faulty rear coil springs might detach while driving and cause accidents.

The recall includes 217,099 Grand Cherokee L and 114,302 Grand Cherokee SUVs.

Stellantis will send letters to affected Grand Cherokee owners on July 28th, 2023, urging consumers to bring their defective Grand Cherokee’s to a dealership so the faulty coil springs can be replaced, free of charge. In the meantime, you can check the NHTSA website with your Vehicle Identification Number, or contact Jeep directly, to find out if your SUV is included in this recall.
