NHTSA announced that certain Honda and Acura vehicles (certain 2001 to 2003 Honda and Acura models) are unsafe due to defective airbags. U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx recommends that owners of affected vehicles not drive them until the issue has been fixed: “Folks should not drive these vehicles unless they are going straight to a dealer to have them repaired immediately, free of charge.”
