GM continues to fight a class action lawsuit involving 2013 – 2017 Cadillac Escalade vehicles with defective navigation and radio touch screens. The screens can prematurely fail and become inoperative, or bubble or crack in a spider web formation.
While this class action winds its way through the court system, individual owners or lessees of Cadillac Escalades should consider having their own service histories evaluated by a lemon law firm to determine if the lemon law applies. Lemon law settlements often provide far greater remedies than class action settlements. If you own or lease a Cadillac Escalade that has been subject to multiple repair attempts for this or any other defect, please contact Lemon Law Aid for a free case evaluation.
