GM lemon law help

Have you experienced a lack of braking or the need to press much harder on the brakes to get them to function? If you have had these unsafe and unsettling brake issues, we want you to know you are not alone and we can help.

Based on Federal Requirements, General Motors recalled more than 3.4 million pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles (SUV) to fix a widespread braking issue. The recall included Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500, and 3500 vehicles from the model year 2014 to 2018 as well as 2015 to 2017 Cadillac Escalades, and 2015 to 2018 GMC Yukon and Chevy Tahoe SUV’s. GM admitted that with age, a pump in the power-assist brakes that can put out less vacuum power than needed. This lack of power can lead to increased stopping distances, the need to press much harder on the brakes to get them to function, or a complete lack of braking at all. Drivers may also feel a vibration in the brake pedal and check engine lights on the dash as well.
