California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Tanner Act were created to provide protection to California consumers who purchased or leased new cars, or used cars at retail purchase that were still covered under the balance of the factory warranty.
The law created implied warranties for the benefit of consumers, and created a mechanism for the enforcement of both express and implied warranties. If your car has been serviced under the factory warranty more than one time for an issue that impacts your use, value or safety of the car, you have rights under the lemon law. Lemon Law Aid is dedicated to helping consumers exercise those rights.
We have represented consumers who own or lease a wide variety of car brands. Click Here to learn more.
